not eating will cause weigh gain instead of starving yourself you should try go go for a balanced diet that'll allow you to stay in deficit while eating enough food to sustain yourself. if you keep with what you're doing you'll soon hit a plateau plus that's dangerous for your health and I don't know how tall are you or your age but 44kg is considered thin for a boy 45 is the weight of a 13 years old boy (as for an exemple)

thank u guys soooo much, u guys r so sweet. I’m doing fat fasting these 3days. That’s why I ate less. I will eat more from tmr. N do more exercises. My height is 165cm. My ideal weight is around 44kg-47kg. Thank u guys again!! I will take good care of my body n my health. ❤️
