I ate at 122% of goal yesterday. That is typical of the last few days due to celebrating the holidays. My activity and amount of sleep also suffered. I admit that I didn't even try to hit my goals. I have enjoyed myself but I do feel a little guilty being off track. This has truly been one of our best Christmas holidays so I can't complain. I'm thankful to GOD and almost ready to get back on track...
