Well, I haven't eaten as well as I had hoped so far this week. It seems that in my mind, the gym visits have given me license to follow my appetite. I did record the good, bad and delicious. My saving grace is that I'm still in the Blue zone.
This is my birthday weekend. I'll be turning sixty-five Sunday. I don't have any huge plans although secretly, it's a big deal to me. For most my working life my goal has to reach sixty-five and retire. I retired a few years ago but sixty-five still seems like an important number to me. This is still true even though the government increased the age for me to receive full Social Security benefits...
It's the weekend for everybody whether we have to work or not... Enjoy it everyone!!!
