I know, I know FS Buddies... I'm not in the Blue this morning but it's OK. The reason is because FatSecret is working so well for me. My goal was 155#. I lowered it to 152.5# for maintenance purposes. The last few days have been proven to me that I have FS locked in where it needs to be for awhile. I'm under 155# but my bar is showing Green. The Green bar has put me on alert just the way I need it. Now, it's up to me to respond...

Catching up on yesterday. On my Wife's birthday, the day before yesterday; we purchased a slice of German Chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. We were so full from the Mexican restaurant we couldn't eat it. Luckily for us, we waited until last night to eat it. We split one slice between the two of us and it's a good thing we did. That one slice of cheesecake was 1040 calories. I'm so glad we only had half a slice a piece. It was good but I'm also glad it's out the house... Have a good one folks!!!

Thanks but actually it's not a brand new goal weight. I changed it about a month ago. By lowering my FatSecret two and a half pounds, it has helped me stay under 155 pounds...
