That's so great! I went to tutor a student I hadn't seen in 7 weeks, and he and his mom commented on my weight loss first thing, even though I was wearing baggy clothing that didn't show how much I've lost and even though I'm only down 10 pounds since they last saw me. It's fun when people notice! I'm psyched that it was happening for both of us today, buddy! I'm so proud of you!

Not just the girls are happy with you I am proud of you also...26 lbs nothing to laugf about...and your food log looks like you are doing the 5 carbs or less. you are in the best position in your eating for a really LCHF loss....wow you rock. glad husband back..

I am up for it! I told you, I'm living my life backwards. I was literally a card carrying member of the AARP in my 20s. I'm not anymore. So, I'm up for it--as long as I don't have to pierce anything. Or tattoo anything.

It's so awesome to see ppl you haven't seen for awhile and they are just at a loss for words! My friend told me today whatever I was doing has been good to me. They said they almost didn't recognize me☺️good job on all your efforts!!
