Happy with the 1/2 lb lost. My sinus problem as turned into a viral infection so I haven't followed my usual plan. I have been eating randomly and all kinds of crap. Back on track once fully better. Onwards and downwards!

You're doing well! I hope your infection clears up soon. I had a cough that seemed to be going, now it is back, and sapping all my energy. I'd give up smoking, but it's difficult, as I don't smoke, lol.
