This is a bummer, starting all over again - well at least this time I did not wait until I got to the 200 pound mark. I just need to get more disciplined. This makes the 5th time I have had to do this because I was getting too fat and I promised myself when I got out of the army I would never let myself get out of shape again - I guess I blew that promise ..... sorry self. Well, if you can't laugh at yourself, you shouldn't laugh at all I guess. Keep the faith brothers and sisters, we will do this again.
