So I normally don't weigh myself every single day, but after gaining so much water weight over the weekend, I was curious to see how much I got rid of yesterday. After 3 Zumba classes and one full body workout and total of 28,451 steps by the end of the day, I got rid of 4.2 pounds of water. Still have about a pound and half of water left. On tap for today two Zumba classes, one lower body workout, and one cardio class. I must say I'm pretty pleased being right back at my goal weight!
