Just be loyal to the diet you’re on, exercise, and drink a lot of water. I am experiencing the same issue. Was down to 196 now 204

Yes, Elihu Feldman, I drink ZERO water and have been doing ZERO exercise lately. Mistybenner and MorticiaAddams, thank you for the prayers. As to what you can do to help, Morticia, I really don’t know. I DO know I feel like a lot of my “supporters” have gotten fed up with me and I really appreciate knowing you’re always here in my corner!

have you tried IF. I did that and went from 200 to 130 steady but fluctuate between 123-130. it's not a diet but a lifestyle. I hate diets and can't follow them.

I hope that helps some. I've always battled my weight and this seems to works the best. I've maintained for 1 1/2 years already.

I’m praying for you Debbie. You’ve been through a lot of family trials. When I’ve been going through trials I tend to “snack and slack” and the combination packs on those nasty pounds. You’ve lost the pounds when you stayed on track in the past and you WILL do it again! One # down at a time. 🩷🙏🏼

A setback is not an ending. You’ve lost 50 lbs. I hope you can use this as motivation to keep up the positive changes you’ve made.

You’ve been through some very stressful times through your health journey. Stress and lack of good, peaceful sleep can also contribute to weight gain. (raising cortisol). You’ve lost weight before and you now know the tools to help you achieve your goals when YOU are ready. Prayers & hugs!!

Hang in there. I’m right with you. Gained everything I lost.

Well, you’re still down 55 pounds, which is fantastic! I’m sure you’ll turn this around before too long! 👍

It is so hard not to get discouraged when you hit a rough patch like you have. Don't give up, do what you can and add a little more when you are ready. You know you can do it because you already have. hugs!

My suggestion is to cut out 1 thing to start with. That's what I am doing, and it is sweets/dessert. Last year I went for 5 months with very little sweets or wine. Then went off the rails for the Holidays. New Year's I started again and did great until two weeks ago. Although I haven't lost weight since New Year's, it felt like a victory since I know it is good for me, and gives me a basis to move ahead in lowering my high carbs when I can muster the courage to do that. Today is the 5th day in a row with no sugary sweets, and actually I've only had 9 all together since January 1. Hopefully I'm back on track with sugar. Also, I very much agree with Zoomer44 about IF. I think you've indicated you can't face that but I swear by it. You can work up slowly by just adding a half hour or hour before you have breakfast. If you stop eating after dinner with no snacks you could work up to 12 hours eventually, by just adding 1 hour a week. It's wonderfully healthy. I credit it with whatever success I've had. I finish eating in the evening by 7 or 8 and in my case, I can usually last till about noon now without eating. You go to bed so much earlier, I believe you could work up to 12 hours. Being that you are eating a sugar (blood sugar) based diet you would get hungry faster than someone on a fat-based diet. I'm kind of in between.
