Getting back on track with logging. Having my first coffee this morning in nearly 3 days, and its GOOD. Need to get re-hydrated today with extra teas and Body Armor. And I still have a coconut water. That actually sounds tolerable. Dont want to push it. Always a silver lining to everything, Ive had a nice drop and I intend to keep the ball rolling. Have a great weekend everyone!

So, I recently saw some research that said coffee is a more effective hydrator than things like body armor or gatorade. It also has more electrolytes! Do your own research of course, but I say drink the coffee! The more the better!

Really? Wow, I never would have thought. Well I tell ya, I am curious to read up on that. Nice to know, thank you! I never have had any bad side effects from coffee, jitters or insomnia, and I drink it way into the evening hours. Think I'll have a 2nd cup!
