only ate 1916 calories yesterday 😱😱😱😱 aiming for 2000 today need to find the sweet spot between 2000 and 2500 may adjust it on lift vs non lift day for my carbs around workouts. had 8 eggs for breakfast and zero toast.... the horror

Summoned my inner Gaston 🤣 just trying some new things out to see what works I usually have 6 with other stuff too but did 8 by themselves this morning. Kept me full for a pretty long time today well see what tomorrow brings.

I'll do 5 or 6 large eggs with 3oz of chicken mixed in. Or, 5oz steak with 4 eggs.

Tud I don't think I could do anymore chicken I do that for lunch almost everyday. Going to take some testing to see what my body likes, i know what's worked in the past but its always worthwhile to see if things changed or if something worka better. Getting Lots of extra steps in already. Feel like I have a new flame lit inside just by switching the goal around

Oh my...eggs without toast is some serious dedication. I've been eating a costco shrimp cocktail every week. it's helped lol but I feel like a freak eating so much shrimp 😂😂😂🦐

Yep, if you eat 90% of the exact meals daily, it is so much easier. It is boring asf, but it works well for bulk or cut.
