So am I to understand a spontaneous road trip is happening to get oneself OUT of town?

I hate it when Aunt Flo comes and I get very happy when she leaves... 

WHO is Aunt Flo? Is it a metaphor or something?

I just hope aunt flo isn't a bitch to you ladies like she I'd me she left my house Tues after being here for 7days and that was 5days too long and she's decided years ago she would visit monthly I tried running away from my home going g to another state but she followed me and arrived with a vengeance we can't get rid of her for nothing.. 

sara🤣🤣 shes good to me. well. give and take. she visits me statistically more than others. every 22-24 days. but she doesn't stay long or cause me much pain. also this thankfully means she won't be coming with me to puerto rico in 2 weeks 🙌🤣 

Aunt Flo hasn't been around in 25+ years.... We used to call her "My Friend". 

That's good she's a bitch to me with how she flows heavy heavy and cramps and pain but I did get a small break from her in Oct and Nov I never seen her thought I would be rid of her for good absolutely prayed I would be but dang she returned in Dec 3x worse than Normal...I'm going thru menopause and hopefully I'll just stop seeing her for good soon.
