I'm posting my weight a day early be cause it is the first loss since last Sunday. My weight fluctuates so much and I don't really understand it. After posting my weight on Sunday I ate very little yet on Monday I was up nearly 2 pounds. After eating pie Monday night and Tuesday morning I was extra careful so I could still lose this week. Within a day I was back to Monday's weight where I stayed until this morning. I didn't eat a Thanksgiving dinner so that isn't an issue. Maybe it just takes me longer than it used to to lose water weight. Maybe I am getting too obsessed with my weight. It doesn't help that I can't go for walks now because of my knee pain and I am also having leg pain in the same leg as the knee on the right side of the thigh.
