Did pretty well yesterday. Got fiber and protein up and exercise bike for 60 minutes. Fat at 31% of calories was too high though for me. I like (want) to keep that closer to 20%.
Rainy day, but lots to do today. Seeing daughters today, grocery shopping and cleaning house and preparing for son and granddaughters to come to supper tomorrow. I need to make something I dont like so I dont regain my recent drop - but what is THAT??? lol.
Going to do my best to fit in 30 mins on the bike and drop the fat calories today. A verse comes to mind... "whatever you do, do it as to the Lord" (paraphrased!). A worthy aspiration I think. :)
