Already cleaned off 1L of water, so weigh in is probably around 116 flat out... Temp is 36.3... just checked my BP... 108/73... P/R 78 ... 108 may seem low for my age and lifestyle (sedentary), which it is, but that is because the meds I am on, lower the blood pressure... it always takes me by surprise, as they can be fickle, and my BP can register in the high 120's over 80. Oh well, lots to do, including have some Lunch. I might be trying that Peri Peri spice mix on some Tenderloin Pork pieces.

You may want to keep a jeen eye on that BP & speak to your doctor about it. I came off of BP meds years ago with the keto diet. I had no clue that diet had anything to do with BP, until I almost passed out from it being too low. My nephew, who is also doing keto, came off of BP meds a couple of weeks ago after only a month or so on the diet.

These are not BP meds specifically, they are for prostate, but they work by lowering BP, I believe the other one works as a bit of a vascular dilator/relaxant as well... they make me tired lol
