Going to spend a quiet Sunday at home today. I'll get some housework done and finish the bible rebind I've been working on this week. Neighbor brought over some tomatoes out of his garden yesterday so I'll have tomato and cheese sandwich on keto tortillas (25 calories, 7g fiber!) for lunch, and looking like spaghetti with zucchini tonight. I've been restricting fats and allowing more carbs as this agrees with my pancreas more.
