Since I stopped the Glycopyrrolate on Sunday, my bowel movements have finally become “regular” again! Weight was down to 185.6 this morning - a new low since starting this “diet” WOE on 6/23/22. Calories got sabotaged yesterday when my husband brought home SIX slices of a homemade Carrot Cake, chock full of nuts! I ended up eating two slices, the second of which was the result of taking just “one more little bite.”
Yesterday’s starts: Calories 2,295; Fiber a whopping 51.8g; Protein 78.4g, drank 5 cans of Diet Coke; drank eight 16-oz bottles of water, walked 6.6 miles; but only did my 6 sitting PT exercises, not my 7 lying or 5 standing ones. This is only the 3rd day I’ve missed in the past three weeks, though, so I’m averaging 6 days a week.
Pre-Admission Testing seems to have gone well. Nothing irregular on ELG, was able to give a urine specimen after drinking one gallon of water before the appointment. They had to try twice to do a blood draw, once in my hand, which I hate, and finally in my arm. All systems are GO for surgery in six days, hallelujah!
