Hi folk, I haven't made a weight entry in about two months. Today I'm catching up on my journal. I have been weighing daily but not making journel entries; so this is more about housekeeping. My weight has been trending upward lately but so has the intensity of my activity. My body fat has moved up too, but slightly. I'm still not considering giving up. Although, I do feel like I do spend a lot of energy and time trying to stay on track. Keep back at it!!!
