Made all my goals yesterday. Calories were quite a bit higher than I’d like, at 1,940. But, I got in 102.8g of Protein, 34.1g of Fiber, drank 8 cups of water, walked my 5 miles, and did all my PT exercises. I took a “day off” from PR the day before.
The Diet Coke consumption is still a struggle. I took the grandkids to the pool, but I only took ONE can of DC to the pool (the rest water). Still, I drank 6 cans. Friday was 5 cans. But, Thursday was also a pool day and all together, I think I had 8 cans that day. I LOVE Diet Coke. I’m emotionally attached to it. When I’m stressed, I “need” a Diet Coke. When I’m hot, when I’m sad, when I’ve had a good accomplishment, when I’m bored - all “reasons” to grab a soda. At least I’m drinking the water now, TOO.
