Wow 😲 10 days of clear liquids?? What were you able to drink??  

What is the difference between clear and full liquids?? 

If you can see through it, it is a clear liquid. Apple juice, tea, broth, are clear. Orange juice, milk, apricot nectar are full.

I drank alot of g2 zeros, sf popsicles, and any kinda sugar free juice, plus bottles water. Couldnt do the broths. Made me sick. But my full liquid is tomorrow kinda nervous. I have some cream of chicken soup and cream of potato soup i will blend down and make into meal for the nest 4 days before i get to advance to puree diet.
