What type of surgery? Had a gastric sleeve myself! 

Gastric bypass, it was recommended to me from my heart doctor. ❤️ excited for the journey 

It’s gonna melt off, if you follow the instruction. My surgery was Oct 27, 2022. When I started I was 222, went down to 208 before surgery. Today I weighed my self at 146. My first goal is 145…ultimate goal 135. I didn’t like the baby food portion of the after surgery diet…but you get through it. Head up, shoulders back, tits out…and move forward… 

Absolutely! Thank you for that. Im doing pretty well. Liquid dopalax is a blessing. Was feeling constipated and now im not lol same with gas x, oh goodness i feel so much better
