Sharing a photo of my shamrock plant that I've had for at least 3 St. Paddy's Days (so far). I'm thinking of spreading the seeds outside, when it's warmer, and see if I can get them to grow. ☘🤞🏻☘

My weight continues to climb...and I am starting to panic, that I won't be able to put the brakes on again. I know I've been careless with calories and too stiff to exercise much ~ but this is ridiculous!! I notice that with every pound gained, my pain also increases....ugghhhhh! I'm my own worst enemy🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh the struggle is real!! Just remember your why and that you don't want to start over. That is what I rant in my head when I am having troubles staying on track.

Try to change 1 thing you got this I broke my hip crushed my foot I’m still trying you can too we are here for you. I was told I would never walk again I walk and I’ve started a little bit of dancing still have hip issues, but I’m trying one thing at a time.☃️

Don’t forget to love yourself and don’t beat yourself up when you fall down. Just get back up and go again one day at a time. I also pre-planned my meals so I know what I’m eating I even plan my snacks.

Redporchlady💙 Thanks for reminding me to go back to my 'WHY'. It was mostly about getting healthier & stronger - to have more mobility and independence. After making SO MUCH PROGRESS I sure don't wanna go back to using the walker, cane & scooter. NOPE! I enjoy the short trek to the mailbox out on the road and can even wheel the garbage cans out by myself! You're right...I don't wanna start over!🤗

Morticia👋 Seems like that would be enough of a deterrent for me...but noooo...still giving in to the urge to snack continually. I found some PLASTIC toothpicks to chew on to help with the 🚭. It seemed waaaaay easier to NOT snack when I could just go out and have a smoke instead🤦🏻‍♀️

Sweetie, your doing something. Your moving that is great but give yourself all the credit your due. Muscle weighs more then fat. You could b building up muscle. Stay hydrated. Know your amazing everyday!!!
