Came down sick. Ate comfort food for two days. Tea with lots of honey to soothe throat. Hardly any water. Got no steps in. Gained 1.5 lbs. Still sick.

Hoping the pattern continues and this gain drops back off relatively quickly, then a *REAL* loss.

Meeting goal is going to be a long haul at this rate. I dont think Im going to meet it by June like I wanted to even sticking to plan.

It is what it is. Onward.

Give your self time to rest and get better. I ate potato chips yesterday and my weight is up too. There are better days ahead. Have some chicken soup.

Thanks for the encouragement, Glamper. It was a blow I should have expected but was hoping wouldnt. I cant worry about it feeling like this. Soup sounds good. Better days ahead, Im ready for those. We'll get there together one way or another.
