Been going a little bit crazy the past 2-3 days; but today was the worst. I only drank 3 bottles of water yesterday and only two today. Been drinking too many cans of Diet Coke! I also went over my RDI almost every day this week. My husband sabotaged me!!! I let my grand daughter eat the last serving of “his” Blue Bell ice cream yesterday, so he pulled a box of Entennman’s Rich Frosted Pop-em’s donut holes out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. I’ve been resisting them in the freezer since JUNE, when I started dieting. No problem. But now that they’re thawed, I ate FIVE of those suckers today, and each one is 85 calories! UGGH

Don't beat yourself up Debbie, you're just being human. Okay, so you've had your donut fix. Tomorrow is a new day, and you can continue on this fantastic journey you've been on these last few months. Just look at the progress you've made, one day is just a blip.

Oh NO!!! I can totally relate! My husband has "treats" too! But, he doesn't EAT THEM FOR WEEKS or MONTHS! Then I go to eat one (or give it away, like you), then it's all "where did my xxx go?" Like hellooooo, it didn't seem like you even wanted it! It was in there since JUNE!!!!!
