Also you could goto pretty much any gym and ask to try it out. They usually give you a 3 day pass, no paperwork or signup

My ‘home gym’ is available 24/7. I’m so glad. Rain, shine, early, late, plumbing-no plumbing lol. DP, I truly wish you could get used to home workouts, or at least give them a chance, it could change your 50% to 51%. 🤪

Our gym had a heat problem as the thermostat must have been broke - Sometimes it was over 75 degrees and other days 53 degrees. I loved it when it was 53 degrees!

I consider it a success if I go Monday, Wednesday, Friday....3 out of 4 days. Maybe you should cut yourself some slack & try for 3 to 4 days a week??? With your busy schedule it has to be hard to make it everyday. And as much as you don't like working our at home maybe you could try a light workout if you can't/don't get to the Gym.

You are doing very well getting back to your routine...and getting a loss! do what you can and take time to ramp it up...you can't be all or nothing all the time. That makes us quit if we are not perfect...just do your best.

No way, Wifey. I did that when it was closed for covid but it was awful. I just don't get as good of a workout and I enjoy trying to do better than other people. LOL.

Superman- we don't have a lot of gym choices. We are friends with the owner of the other gym so I'm sure I could go and give him $5 but I am not comfortable there. Not enough space and I start feeling in the way of too many muscle dudes that grunt and drop weights. I hate it. Only went when PF closed from covid. It sucked.

Yeah I don’t like the dropping of weights of weights either which is one reason I go to gym at 0 dark thirty, not many people there. And I always thought Diablo just carried you to the gym when he went to warm up….
