Thanks Addison5712 & HCB. Addison all I do is stick to eating 1900 calories or less. If I go out for a meal I reduce calories on other meals that day😀👍

Thanks Addison5712. I've become obsessive about what and how much I eat. I use another app to make sure I get all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients the body needs. I don't want to go back to old habits😀👍

My body doesn't adsorb vitamin B12 and iron and maybe others through my having ulcerative colitis so i use the other app for a more detailed approach to my diet
