Good morning, not at work today, secretly chuffed, but my cough is loud and phlegmy so home. Jim is seeing his cousin until 12.00 lunchtime. so about one and a half hours left on piece. My steps will be very poor 😢 today, the 2nd time in 10 years I have not achieved my 10,000 steps 😢 the first time I had my gaul bladder taken out, it had 10 big gaul stones attached. But apart from that. Steps have aways been achieved. Saw my Doctor Friday he thought I was 54, not 64. he also said blood pressure good, bloods are good, knees are good hips are good it was only the 2 backbone bones either side of my hip is a bit worn out, but cleaning has done this to me. Still a job is a job. Enough about me. How are you all? anyone in difficulty? of so shout out, we are all here to help. Have a wonderful Monday everyone. Take care love you all, Merry Mel ❤️

Aww Mel I hope you feel better soon. It sounds like all of your healthy choices must have been paying off 😎 looking ten years younger even when not feeling your best 💪 Take some well deserved rest and make sure you are looked after 💕

Hello FC FAMILY, Thanks for all your kindness, support and care, not just for me but everyone on this site, we are all lovely kind people you all have hearts of gold. Rear theses day's but glad it's here. There must be about 1/16 amount of people on this site around the world and we all seem to gell well so it's lovely 😍. Oh we have an whole hour of Corrie tonight from 8.00 - 9.00pm. I amsure the Queen won't mind missing a bit about her as she to liked Conanation Street, also Emmerdale, also cups of tea and drinking chocolate bread and jam and fruit cake, so very like me😅🤣😂, oh, Don forget Paddington bear too.
