Ugh... same. I had been logging absolutely everything consistently for 4.5 months. The first week of getting the kids back to school was stressful, and then last week all my food habits disappeared and I was snacking on sugary junk all day and gained 5 lbs. I think I'm back in control now, and I am only 2 lbs above my lowest weight. Maybe the change in season and routine caused it? It only takes a month or two to establish a habit, how did my automatic, well-ingrained food logging habit go out the window overnight and become a struggle?

It's an odd thing. I was on a nice downward trend for awhile but one day it changed. Still analyzing it.
