Did everything yesterday except get in my fiber, and that was because I didn't feel like eating dinner. Only had a couple servings of watermelon, cherries and a whole tomato as far as fruits/veggies. The not feeling well precluded me from eating the cabbage, carrots and cucumbers I had planned in my menu. I'm FINE today, PTL!

Weight down another pound this morning, Hallelujah! Praying it will continue to steadily go down. So far, so good. Staying the course.

Yesterday, I only had 2-1/2 twelve-ounce Diet Cokes, instead of the 3 I've been having for the last month. Baby steps.

Good job on losing another pound. Stay positive and focus on how far you have come instead of thinking about how much you need to lose. 10 lbs is a great start.
