Weight up a tiny bit this morning, but had a decent BM right after I ate breakfast, so I should be down tomorrow. Only got in watermelon (3 servings), cherries, and butter beans yesterday (saving last of cucumbers for at pool today - will go to bj's today to get some more!) Today, I'll finish the last of the butter beans. I like having them in the evening because they are a "comfort food" and make me feel nicely full. Only drinking 8 cups of water the past couple of days - I hate waking up FIVE times during the night to pee! With the 8 cups, I'm "only" waking up 4 times.
The corner of my mouth has been cracked for the past three days. I put Blistex on it probably 15-20 times yesterday. I don't know if I'm allergic to that, or if I used too much, but today my bottom lip is swollen, red and sore from the corner of my mouth to the center, and the other side of my mouth is cracked, also. Hope going to the pool and being in the sun won't exacerbate it further! Supposed to be 94 degrees today. Maybe I'll try to find some shade. I'll lay off the BListex today and put Vaseline on it. If it's worse tomorrow, I'll call the doctor at 8am for a same-day appointment.
