Weight up a tad this morning. Taking it in stride - probably from just not having a good BM yesterday. Stayed under 2,000 calories, but had more calories than lately's "usual" with 1,890. Been in the 1,600's. Got in cherries, watermelon, butter beans, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes for fruits/veggies.

Pitifully, doing one load of laundry yesterday was an "increase" in exercise/activity. It does involve going up and down the 5 stairs to the laundry room a couple of times. Planning to do another load today.

REALLY tempted to have a second slice of toasted Dave's Killer Bread with Butter this morning. For the moment, at least, I am able to resist. Praying I succeed in resisting this temptation to overdo a good thing!

Grand daughter not coming back from her dad's until tonight this week, so not able to go to the pool today. We'll go tomorrow. I prefer going on Tuesdays and Fridays because it gives me two days in between to recuperate. It's not so much a physically challenging activity, but it takes a lot of preparation getting ready to go and then unpacking everything when we get home. I'm a wuss.

Good to see our young friend Sharon's_Victory back! I hope y'all will make her feel very welcomed!

Does anyone remember the Filipina lady who looked like she was about 30 years younger than she is, and did such beautiful food presentation and photography (her food pictures were pretty enough to hang on a wall)? She was on a Mediteranian I miss her!
