Down with a bad cough/fever. Not covid but it’s put me off my tucker, that’s for sure.
So, am using this as an opportunity to IF for a few days & see the results (if any).
Just having an oatmeal b’fast, with lots of warm water (sometimes with a teaspoon of honey) to soothe the throat.
Let’s see what my weight does over the next 1-2 days…
