well I did it I broke 45lbs (45.7 actually) of loss today right at the 4.5 month mark too. Happy I accomplished it but still not satisfied with where I'm at yet. I'm not going to set another weight target goal but Im going to keep up all the hard work focusing on recomposition and see where the number ends up. I imagine I still have a minimum 5 lbs of fat that I need to drop to see the results I'm looking for. The fat loss has slowed significantly now but is still occurring.
