This is my first-day logging in since the end of last week. We went to Las Vegas to attend the wedding of my Wife's friend's daughter. As we all know, Vegas is known for gambling and food. Staying in a hotel caused us to eat out every meal except for the snacks we brought from home. I didn't do any logging while away because all the apps on my phone went crazy until it was almost time to return home and my home scale.

Yesterday we returned home but we had jet lag and it was not a normal day of eating and activity. I ate under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 827 kcal deficit // BF↑0.5% since 4.21.22 (pre-trip) and is way out of range // Sleep Goal met
