Yesterday it snowed here so we slept in late and cuddled. When we did get out of the house we went to a Steakhouse for an early dinner. We ate so much so early we skipped dinner. The result was that I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 239 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and is back out of range // Sleep Goal exceeded
