maybe finally starting to plateau. yesterday I ate 5200 calories which was 900 over my 500 surplus. and I ate a stupid amount of sodium. (like triple my average) I was up at 2am and started eating at that time and continued to eat every few hours. until I went to sleep at 10pm'ish .
