Hey, girl! You are here and that is so great. I know you know what works best for you. Ivw got recovery to do from the holidays. I don't even know how much since I'm too chicken to find out yet, but... We are in this together. I'll be around more with a more normal schedule and not hosting so many out of town guests. I'll miss them, but I'm ready for normal I think! 😁 And, happy new year! ❤️

It must have been fun hosting guests from out of town, missy. We did the same for new years eve and Thanksgiving. We're enjoying life the best we can and we can't complain about that right? Happy new year!

I have been with Noom for 2 years now and so far I am happy with logging in my exercises, steps, and meals on it. I can see which areas I need to eat more and areas to keep in moderation or budget in my calorie bank. You got this
