Thank you everyone! I learned that “Encouraging” from someone is so much miracle. I would like to keep continuing my target weight. However, my husband birthday, party on weekend, 32nd celebration, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NY’s eve and New Year feasts are coming. I don’t know if I can be a good girl.LOL 😆
