Steady as she goes! ⛵ I plan to walk some extra steps today with my daughter at the thrift shops. Always fun when we're together 💕🛒

Had a really good checkup at the Dr yesterday, with compliments on being nearly 40 pounds lighter than when I was last there in April 😃
