Yesterday was a lift day. I'm still into my first week of getting back into the gym. My plan is to ease back into training in the gym so I'm following the gym's program. They have a section of the gym set up with a keyed program that records each member's settings and activity on each machine. It's a 12-week program. I kind of think of it as pre-school. I will probably add in more lifting free weights and other machines as I learn a little more about this gym.

Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 1233 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% and is still out of range // Sleep Goal met
