I've been in the same 1/2 pound range for about a week. I think I may stop posting my weight every day. It gets frustrating and then if I drink some water late in the evening or in the middle of the night I think I can't weigh myself unless or until I go to the bathroom. Those kinds of things. I may go to weighing once a week or even once a month but I'll keep on doing daily weigh ins maybe for another week or so or until the end of the month. I have really been sticking to plan all week.
