Well, I couldn't go to sleep after taking my Ambien last night. I wrote down in my phone that I had an Orange Pim's cookie, a ham biscuit (country ham on a yeast roll), and 6 cherries with pecans and whipped cream. I don't remember any of that. A major stressor blew up right before bedtime, which was why I couldn't relax and go to sleep. Today, I'm already off to a bad start - had TWO slices of Dave's Killer toast with what amounts to 3 Tbsp of butter.

I feel like going back to bed and just sleeping this day away. The stressor involves my adult son, and my husband "just doesn't want to get into it" right now, so I'm at odds with BOTH of them. I'm on the verge of tears just thinking about it. OK, PAST the "verge" of tears, as they've started falling now. Going to take an anxiety pill and go to dreamland, where the problem doesn't exist.
