I always give my body 2 days to not do anything and forgive my eating a bit when Aunt Flo is in town and my cramps are unbearable. It’s just too painful for my body to move around. But I always get right back on the horse when she leaves. I consider them my ‘hookie’ days. Hang in there. 💪🏻
