Yesterday my wife, recovering from the second shot of the Vaxx, wanted KFC as 'comfort food'.

So I also get myself a KFC Chicken sandwich?? This durring a day I am suppose to be 'fasting' (or at minimal ultra low carb)??

So not gaining weight is a blessing...
