HAPPY SURPLUS DAY, EVERYONE!!!

And, given this mornings weigh-in, it can't come soon enough!

Time to get this body back into the 112-113 range.

Today's consumption we'll land around 4700 plus cals.

It's interesting to note that I had a little less cal burn this week as I've been following the protocol of adapting workouts to rate of recovery.

Monday - full volume
Tuesday - half volume
Wednesday - No Volume
Thursday - half volume
Friday - full volume

What I also find interesting is I can often burn just as many cals in a day through non formal exercise like house chores, which is something I couch in on no volume or half load days.

Perhaps, there is something to be said for keeping the metabolic engine running at its optimum through appropriate rest and recovery.

Needless to say, your girl is hungry and ready to feast!

It's surf & turf on the menu and tonight's platter will include:
-half rack of baby back ribs ---> YUMMY!
-four cheese mash potatoes (if they still have them)
-Batter fried jumbo coconut prawns
-Fried calamari
-bowl of clam chowder

...and of course 2 pieces of Mama's yellow cake with chocolate ganache frosting and coconut shaving on top!

The rest of the day will include my usuals but in bigger volume.

I'm putting my guess on 115 lb. food baby tomorrow, but we'll see. Maybe it will be higher?
