Well, it's been a rough couple of days of idleness and one day of eating poorly. All is not lost, because I witnessed my own CICO response. I ate too much for the little stuff I did and my gain in body fat is the result. Yesterday I ate under goal but had very little activity. I met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals.
