So it doesn't make sense to me. Over the last 12 days I've eaten 1500 calories each day. I have somehow lost 6lbs in 12 days. But I've eaten this low before and haven't lost much. The difference now is that I'm eating no wheat, sugar, corn, or high glycemic foods (because I'm on a candida cleanse). I wonder if it's not real weight loss and it's just lower inflammation? It just doesn't make sense that I would lose this much weight when I'm sedentary and still eating 1500 calories. I usually gain a ton of weight any time I eat more than 2000 calories. Any ideas?
