I don't know what is wrong with me. I seem to have lost the willpower to do this. Is it that I have just become lazy? I was on a program when I initially lost 50 pounds. Then I figured I had met my goal and went about putting my diet on the back burner. The weight started to creep up. I went back to this program and lost about 10 lbs. to get back to a weight I felt OK with. Now again, I am having a hard time watching my diet even though I am here and seeing what you are all doing being so successful.
So, to get over this I am going back to the weight loss clinic, even though it costs quite a bit and I am not making the kind of money I did when I was working. The appointment is for the 30th of November, so at that time I’ll get some one on one help. Before that, I will try to stay inside of my RDI even though I haven’t been doing a very good job of it recently.
