What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Boiled egg (no pic: you don’t need it, right? 😆)

Lunch: Whole Fat Greek Yogurt with Rice Bran Powder and Matcha Powder, Miso Soup with Koya-Tofu and Nori

Dinner: Salad with Avocados and Tempeh, Sliced Ram Meat and Vegetables Sauté, Nuts(no pic)

I try to eat at least one or two fermented food per day.

I don’t want to force you to eat NATTO everyday. This is really unique food from Japan. It’s Stinky and Slimy, but has so much health benefits. I read a data that few people suffered from O157 food poisoning those who lives in Eastern side of Japan, but Western side of Japan. What does it mean is Eastern side people tend to eat Natto so often. Natto has antibacterial activities. If you don’t like Natto, maybe Tempeh is for you. It does not unique smell and it taste nutty. Otherwise, miso soup, yogurt, kimchi or Sauerkraut. Take care of your gut health.
