I did not want to weigh myself today as my designated weigh in day is on Mondays, that way I hold myself accountable throughout the weekend. But I just felt so compelled to weigh myself and I am glad I did! All the moving around this week making sure my littles were situated every day for their first week of in-person school granted me a loss, LOL. Cheers to the weekend and continued self discipline!
